Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Smoking Crow Creations products are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the creator. Flaws include, but are not limited to; tenon failures due to glue joint weakness, chewed through stems in the event of the bite zone being cut too thin on one or both sides, catastrophic burnouts caused by flaws in the briar. All other damages are covered at the discretion of Smoking Crow Creations

What's not covered: breaks caused from drops or falls (to either the shank or stem), cracked shanks from mishandled pipes, burnouts caused by repeated overheating or torching the bowl (yes, I can tell the difference), rim charring, everyday wear and tear.
