Shipping & Returns

Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Shipped via USPS, cost calculated at checkout. An email with confirmation and tracking number will be sent once the item(s) ship. In the event of damaged or lost items incurred during shipping, save all packaging and file a claim with the carrier. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

Unsmoked pipes are eligible for return within 30 days and must be returned in original shape and packaging. All other items are eligible for return on a case by case basis. Eligible returns will be paid for by Smoking Crow Creations. Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Contact via the "Contact Form" for all return inquiries.
